About our facilitator:
Joseph Weitzer, Ph.D., has a business mindset. Although traditionally trained in academia, he has focused his practice on optimizing performance. He has demonstrated his business acumen in leadership roles building nationally recognized academic programs, reconstituted a business solutions center, and launched two successful business ventures, including a successful consulting practice. In addition, he has designed and tested a pre-audit to strategic planning that has ensured his ability to optimize the business performance of his clients. His audit has become a mainstay in assessing business opportunities and identifying vulnerabilities as a precursor to supporting their strategic planning process. For this program, he has customized the audit to specifically “speak” to the entrepreneur and small business owner.
