This is a participatory training. You may register with a partner you will practice with, or JK Lee will assign a team member to work with you with props.
You will learn:
- Basic Taekwondo movements
- Awareness and Self Defense for daily life (individuals, families,etc.)
- Three Awareness Indicators: Visual, Verbal, Physical
- Indicators coupled with physical alternatives
This program will be offered outside in JK Lee's parking lot. Masks are required. Wear comfortable clothing to be actively moving in and closed-toed shoes. Bring a water bottle and energy snack if you wish!
Upon registration for this event, you will receive a release form that must be completed, signed, and brought with you to registration.
Proceeds to benefit The City Youth Martial Arts Program. The City Martial Arts Program is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which brings the many benefits of martial arts to youth and families in under served communities.
