Real Estate Administrative Professional

Gerald Nell Inc., a Real Estate Management and Development Company has an opening for an administrative professional.  The position is full time; 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities/Duties include, but are not limited to:
 

  • Clerical Support for Vice President, Real Estate Brokers and Facilities Manager
  • Processing Accounts Payables/Receivables
  • Rent collections
  • Manage/Update Insurance Certificates for all tenants/vendors
  • Administer all Clerical Duties such as typing, filing, mail distribution, etc.
  • Customer Service, including but not limited to receiving tenant calls, forwarding to appropriate person and following up.
 
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the commercial real estate industry, a positive, professional and detail-oriented ability to multi-task, with intermediate experience in bookkeeping, accounting, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher) and Property Boulevard.
Base Salary negotiable based upon prior experience plus benefit package including;
