The Women's Center seeks someone with excellent communication and analytical skills to serve as the lead on all aspects of our government funding agencies. The Women's Center receives approximately 40% of our $2.3 million agency budget from government funding sources which support our direct service advocates. This position will be responsible for the funding applications, compliance, monitoring and reporting for our various government funding sources to include data tracking and analysis, as well as United Way outcomes and data management.
- Minimum three years’ successful experience writing and managing government grants, ideally in the nonprofit setting.
- Demonstrated experience with generating and tracking program outcomes and statistics by funding source by program.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of government grant operations, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience with databases, running queries, understanding, and analyzing data.
